Financial Terms for Franchising:
Payments to Aptech comprise of the following:
Technical Know-How (TKH) Fee: This is a one-time payment to be made at the time of finalization of the decision to set up the centre. This is immediately followed by signing of the Franchisee Agreement. The term of the initial agreement is five years, which can be renewed by mutual agreement.
Recurring Franchisee Fee (RFF): Payable monthly as a percentage of the total collection of the centre.
